Our customer services are add on packages to our Basic Fulfilment Package.

We are happy to take telephone orders without a customer service package in place

Marketplace Shop

Monthly Fee to run your shop, this includes downloading orders when they come in, printing out orders & customer services. 

The monthly fee covers one hours work per weekday which covers most small businesses, should your shop require more than one hour a days work then you would need to subscribe to additional customer services packages.

Payment

In order for our fulfilment services to work efficiently we require prompt payment of all invoices as we have many bills to pay which have to be paid promptly. 

An itemized bill will be issued at the end of each month, payment must be made by 14^th of the following month, late payment will incur late payment charges and interest on any unpaid amount.

On signup a fee deposit of three months fee for the services requested will be required.

Term

Our fulfilment contracts are initially for a period of 6 months, at the end of the six month period the contract then moves onto a rolling contract.  Should you wish to end your fulfilment contract we ask that you give us 3 months notice.

Should we wish to end the contract, for any other reason than non payment then we will give you 3 months notice.

Prices

Prices for our services will be reviewed each year on 1 September.  Postal prices will be adjusted as and when Royal Mail or other producers adjust their pricing.

Terms & Conditions

1. One World Fulfillment offers to perform the above services to the best of their abilities.
2. Fulfilment Services require us integrating our services into your website / marketplace where technically possible.
3. Goods must be received by One World Fulfilment in the condition in which you require them to be sent to you customers, if we notice any faults in your products we will let you know, but we accept no liability if any product we dispatch is found to be faulty.
4. You are responsible for stock control, we are not liable if you oversell a product. We will send you a weekly sales report
5. One World Fulfilment works as an agent and as such cannot be held liable for any actions of third parties such as Royal Mail & Marketplaces.
6. Any liability caused by any action/ inaction of One World Fulfilment shall be limited to the fee paid by the client for that particular service.
7. In the event of any loss or damage of any order by Royal Mail or any other courier used One World Fulfilment will attempt to obtain compensation for their clients. However any compensation is determined by Royal Mail or the relevant courier.
8. Our contract is initially for a period of 6 months, at the end of the six month initial period the contract moves to a rolling contract.
9. Each side must give three months written notice if they wish to terminate the contract.
10. Payment must be made with 14 days of invoice by faster payment to our bank account. A Late payment fee will be added to any overdue accounts. Initially a late payment fee of £10 will be charged to late accounts. Accounts more than 14 days late will be charged a late fee of £50 plus interest will accrue at the rate of 5% per month, from the date that the invoice was due.
11. Accounts more than 30 days overdue will be closed, outstanding fees will be debited from the fee deposit.
12. When an account is closed outstanding stock needs to be removed from the premises of One World Fulfilment. Any stock not removed within 7 days of account closure will become the property of One World Fulfilment.
